Stone Creek Cafe in Englewood

This is a quaint little Cafe, needs some updating but they seem to have many elderly regulars and our server was very nice and did a good job. I was excited to try a piece of the pie they keep in a glass case and looked very good, but it tasted old. Food was decent and fairly inexpensive.

I have been here twice for breakfast.....first time was average food, service was minimal. Second time...MUCH better, food was excellent and the service (maybe the owner) was very good.I believe it's a good place. overall and will go back.

Had the worst experience at this restaurant. Wife had dead fly on her plate. When told, the waitress stated, "oh, let me get you another". When told no thank you, she immediately came back and said, "I can take your meal off". May have to connect with health department to ensure that the restaurant is following all protocols for remediation of bugs.

Best breakfast I've had in a long time!!! My wife and I had never been here and I think it won our new favorite breakfast spot! Super fast and delicious...thank you!

Decided to try this place out. The food is sub par to say the least. Hashbrowns bland, the pancakes tasted like just add water. The ham was some cheap poor cut of ham. Sorry today I wont be coming back :/

Great food for a fair price. You can get a very good New York strip steak meal for under 20 bucks. That is with you drink included. And the pecan pie!!!!!!

We try to come here every time we visit Denver. This cafe is definitely a gem. It wasn’t very busy when we were there but I suspect it is much busier for dinner time. I always order the honey dipped fried chicken which comes hot, fresh and delicious.

This was my first time to eat at Stone Creek. The food was good and definitely filling. They were out of my first choice meal, but I enjoyed what I got. The staff was very nice.

Stone Creek Cafe serves delicious, fresh, homestyle meals. I bring my 91 year old mother here for the cozy atmosphere. The servers are friendly and attentive. Unusual plants line the partition as well as beautiful geodes and mineral formations. This is an interesting and unique little restaurant. The prices are fair and atmosphere is cozy. Enjoy!!

I brought my son here for breakfast and it was delicious! The ultimate omelet is to die for. The hash browns are homestyle and tasted perfect! It's definitely a homey feel and the staff was great. My coffee cup was never below half when it was refilled.

Great food and atmosphere. Server was lacking. When I arrived, the diner only had a few patrons. A nice server greeted me at the door and told me to seat myself. A different server gave me a menu and took my drink order. No greeting, no smile, and no small talk. I ordered a water. A moment later the glass of water was plopped on my table without a word or coming close enough to see her. 10 minutes later she walked past me, noticed I was there said oh sorry, and kept walking. Eventually she got around to taking my order. Again, same attitude that made me feel like I was inconveniencing her. The rest of the meal went the same way. Not a smile or anything​. I get that servers can have a bad day, but you shouldn't make your patrons feel as though they are inconveniencing you by wanting to order.

Good food, neighborhood restaurant, good service. There is a private parking lot right there, and it's free parking. Check the website for hours. I believe the interior has been newly renovated, and it looks nice. Comfortable booths. Very good dessert, including large Cinnamon rolls.

My Husbands medium well steak was really over cooked and dry.. Mine was really good, so I just traded Him steaks because Hes a real stickler when it comes to his food.. Great customer service! Prices are good!

Best choice for a sit down, diner-esque quality breakfast in the area. Strongly recommend for the $10-15 price range.

This place is the best ... the atmosphere wonderful and calming ... The people that work their are wonderful and always treat us like family ... Omg the breakfast is the best In town .. We have started coming here once a week to support this small business.. SO stop going to ihop or village inn ... Give this mom and pop shop your support ...

I had the Chili Relleno and Enchilada and asked them to make it vegetarian. Excellent! Very tasty and the Green Chili smothering was just the right level of spicy hot. This is a home town diner like experience with many elderly people from the neighborhood on Saturday night.

I have been dining at Stone Creek since I was a child, so over 30 years. It’s my favorite comfort food and always a feeling of being ‘home’ when we go there. The rellenos are my FAVORITE, and I hope they never take them off the menu. The homemade salsa is so good we buy pints of it to take home. Thank you for continuing to be a place of gathering in our community.

Hit and miss with the servers. Some of them look miserable but some has good vibes.

First off it use to be a gas station, bathroom is out side around back... The food was edible but I would go elsewhere

Good breakfasts.. had a french toast platter.. 2 eggs 2 sausage links hashbrowns and 2 slices French toast was like 10$ 👍 service was a bit slow. But they were very busy on a Sunday morning.

Nice little cafe/diner. I enjoyed a very good chicken fried steak while my son loved his salmon filet. I will be returning.

Another very pleasant meeting of seven old time friends for a lunch meal. There has not been a single issue in all the meals over the past several years. This place keeps a very high quality wait staff and always excellent food from a great selection of menu items.

Stone Creek on south Federal and Belleview has the best breakfast and and Beyond awesome pies and other pastries and cakes there's cinnamon rolls are to die for the service is outstanding and all their prices are just right a must try!!!!

Abdul has made this our favorite go to Best Chile Relleno's in town. This menu item along with his green chili makes for a great any time meal. Great neighborhood restaurant. Never had a bad meal n the 30+ years he'd been in this location.
